At Rock Solid Landscape and Masonry Design, we believe that landscape architecture is as much a creative process as a scientific and technical one. We will ensure that your project is installed properly from an engineering standpoint. We are licensed in New York and New Jersey as Home Improvement Contractors and we are certified and trained by the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute.
Once we are ready to construct/install your landscape design, we will dedicate a team of professional craftsman. This team will comprise at least one full time-on site foreman and at least two and as many as four full time experienced technicians. Your team will be courteous, and will pose no inconvenience to you. They will not need to enter your home for any reason. This dedicated team will work at your site Monday thru Saturday until the job is complete.
It is not unusual for a customer, during the construction phase of the project, to make a decision to request a change in the scope of the project. Such changes can be minor, such as adding a tree or making a wall a tad longer; but can also be substantial, such as adding a walkway. It happens all the time, and we are happy to accommodate your changes by modifying the plan. We will quote you the cost differential so that you will not be surprised if your changes carry additional charges.
